\nThe shipping charge and the flat-rate are not always the fixed; these can vary with time with marketing conditions or more or less.\u00a0 If the ordered groceries are more than 15kg in weight then 5,00\u20ac will be added with the shipment. In case of fresh\/frozen Halal meats & fishes respectively (under certain request only) the Styropyrobox Frozen Box\u00a0 costs 9,99\u20ac extra. In such case the free shipping is free from 44,99\u20ac or above and at a maximum of 10kg of items in each order.<\/p>\n
Payments: We accept\u00a0 payment of varieties methods, for example, (a) Online Stripe (Credit Cards, e.g. Visa, Mustard cards, American express, Apple Pay, Googles, etc.), Sofort payment, V-Pay\u00a0 and also direct bank transfer (according to our given details), or cash on delivery (only in locality under special request). Without the payment confirmation (provided either by the bank or credit cards) we will not proceed with the order or dispatch it.\u00a0 Normally, the direct bank transfer takes 1 to 3 working days to appear in our bank account. Normally the order will be at your door within 1 to 2- working days after dispatch (depending on delivery service). In case of problem of shipping providers or unavailability of products (especially in case of the fresh fruits and vegetables) suppliers it may take longer (around 5 to 6 working days\/a-week). In case of such a situation, we request you to have patience. Fresh Fruits & vegetables are weekly supplies on Monday\/Tuesday. So the shipment with these items may proceed on Tuesday or onward in the week with fresh items and you may receive it by Friday.
\nAfter dispatch the order we shall send you an email containing the reference code\/number. You can directly track your desired order in online. The shipping providers\/posts will be at your door and you will be provided the order at your home or at your provided\u00a0 shipping address. In case, if the Shipping Drivers don\u2019t find you at your home then they will leave it in a near by packet shop (GLS or DPD or DHL packet shops). Under this Special processing with Styropyrobox the items remain fresh until 5 to 6 days in very good & healthy conditions. After sending packet we send you GLS (06677646907010) tracking code. It\u2019s your responsibility to track & trace the packet. In\u00a0 a-few-cases, if it is in a gls-packet shop left (rare case) then please collect it from there by yourself.
