Juwar, Jowar, Sorghum is a creamy flour from white millet (grinding ). Peoples use it for porridge, roti and other dishes, or use in combination with other flours, also consume in plain, as usual. It is gluten-free and rich in proteins also in Dietary Fibre.
Jowar contains more fiber and protein than rice and wheat. Jowar is a good source of antioxidants, while wheat and rice are not. Wheat contains more vitamins and minerals than jowar and rice.
